Tasting notes
Taster   Joel Harrison
Nose: Wow, this is a juicy nose. It’s like smashing a packet of jolly ranchers into a still and coming out with this.
Palate: A very nice balance of the sweetness from the nose with some oak spice and cinnamon apple doughnuts.
Finish: The theme of Jolly Ranchers is back, but with a hint more nutmeg.
Comment: A surprisingly complex and flavoursome whiskey, with good balance, the nose alone puts a smile on my face. A fun whiskey!

Taster   Chris Goodrum
Nose: Soft toffee, sweet coffee and corn mingle with herbal marc-like notes, indicating a young spirit. Good complexity with pecan and sweet orange blossom honey.
Palate: Honeyed with light corn and toffee but rather intrusive alcohol. The toffee on the middle displays a burnt quality and some herbal marc notes. Pleasantly full, not as sweet as the palate.
Finish: Good length with lingering corn, and honey. Lovely, peppery spice bite with returning herbal honey.
Comment: Young but plenty of character. The alcohol is a touch aggressive but it does balance the sweetness.
