Tasting notes
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Richer aromas. Spicier. Appetising.
Palate: Bigger, softer. Again a suggestion of cherries. Rose-hip tea. Spicy balancing dryness.
Finish: Smoother. Very long. A fragrant, lightly smoky, hint of peat.
Comment: Still on the sweet side but dexterously balanced. Beautifully rounded flavours.
8.5
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Unreduced there's some coconut along with meaty notes. When water is added out come toasted nuts, orange blossom, butter and real sexy richness.
Palate: A lovely start which builds slowly from digestive biscuit into a soft juicy centre with vanilla, mocha, tobacco and not bracken notes.
Finish: Juicy and creamy with good weight.
Comment: If this were a person it would be Salma Hayek.
