Tasting notes

Taster Michael Jackson

Nose: Cherries. Almonds. Bakewell tart fresh out of the oven.
Palate: Creamy. Cedary. Smoky.
Finish: Drying.
Comment: Bourbon and sherry? Is this allowed? I'm not sure it should be. I didn't order this, I ordered 101.

Taster Dave Broom

Nose: Rich and concentrated. Raisin, walnut, sour cherry syrup, clove and cocoa. Oak with sherry.
Palate: Rounded and rich. Chocolate and vanilla, nutmeg and red/black fruits. Then comes sherry; raisined fruits and lightly grippy oak.
Finish: Thick and sweet. Liquorice. Tannin.
Comment: Seems to come in two distinct parts. Of interest, but by no means the best Turkey.
