Tasting notes
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: The nose is fragrant and juicy with toffee honey, mint, kumquat, but the smoke is a little more obvious than on Robbie Dhu and there's a teasing dry heather, coconut/gorse edge.
Palate: A lovely soft start. Fruity and soft with a good crisp/cracked pepper bite.
Finish: Spicy with a touch of smoke.
Comment: If this was an actor it would be Cary Grant.
8.0
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Sweet. Fudge. White chocolate. Oranges.
Palate: Syrupy. Creamy. White chocolate. Sweet.
Finish: Honeycomb. Crisp caramel wafers. Slightly toasty, burnt, dryness.
Comment: A dessert malt? Remarkably sweet and chocolatey until water is added.
