Tasting notes
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Tropical fruit. Paw-paw? Lemon grass.
Palate: Lightly nectar-like. Soft and soothing. A very unusual texture. Creamy when water is added. Peachy. Slightly syrupy. Malty. Clean and smooth.
Finish: Sweet orange peel. A suggestion of steamed pudding. Sticky toffee? Slightly smoky.
Comment: Fresh and seductively drinkable. I'm astonished how well this innovation worked. The ale was brewed especially to add much more malty sweetness than hop.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Scented aromas: cereal, apple, banana, mixed fruit jam and a hint of the beer cellar/warehouse.
Palate: Soft and creamy with silky texture. Light smoke.
Finish: Slightly dull and flat.
Comment: Good fun and well-made but will this just open another can of worms? Lager finish anyone?
