Tasting notes
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Soft oak. Earthy. Truffle-like. Smoky.
Palate: Slightly. Slippery. Slips down. Medium dry. Cedary, some steely notes, and some smoke.
Finish: Very lively flavour development. Grassy, peaty smoky. Drier with water.
Comment: Masculine. Rather austere, aloof.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Attractive with soft, cakey aromas that mix nut and honey with a hint of smoke and a slightly rubbery note.
Palate: Clean and not overly sweet. Almond, cooked fruits, chocolate, smoke.
Finish: Soft, then nutty wood.
Comment: Attractive and well balanced. Not as heavily sherried as you might expect.
