Tasting notes
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Perfumy. Almond bath soap.
Palate: Dry. Herbal.
Finish: Cleansing. Refreshing. Some orangey acidity.
Comment: Would I take a bath in this? Well, perhaps a shower.
8.3
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Silky and soft: lemon, lint, coffee and cream, chocolate, lightly nutty. Has subtle, gentle depth.
Palate: Sexy and sweet, moving into pine honey. Firm mid-palate, cooked fruits, damson, coconut.
Finish: Sweet and soft.
Comment: Not the most complex but has perfect balance and gentle Southern charm.
