Tasting notes

Taster Rob Allanson

Nose: Nail polish and film cases, jelly sweets, a little popcorn and oak spice. Some fruit, sliced apple.
Palate: At first juicy fruit salad hits then is dried into spicier, tannin notes.
Finish: Dry with plenty of grip.
Comment: Not a bad drop, something to cheer up the winter nights.

Nose: Initial acetone, then almonds and peaches build.
Palate: Pleasing fruit flavours soon give way to drier, damp notes.
Finish: Lengthy, but quite bitter and drying.
Comment: Not all that well balanced.
