Tasting notes
Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Very aromatic. Spicy. Vanilla-like.
Palate: Cookie-like. Dusty. Sherbety. Orange oil. Very lively indeed.
Finish: Woody, drying.
Comment: Again, very fruity, but lacking in other flavours.
7.5
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Peaty: smoked meat, a just-dead bonfire, dry leaf with light oil/resin. Fragrant. With water a hint of sulphur, bay, and a nutty maltiness.
Palate: Bone dry, smoky: burning timbers. Light butteriness/sweet macadamia nuttiness.
Finish: Bone dry, smoky.
Comment: Well-made and gentle, but straight down the middle rather than mouth-filling.
7.5
