Nose: Heavy spices, a little incense. Meat stock cubes and sour fruit.
Palate: Sweet oak with a little bitter lemon. The alcohol adds to the experience andbrings a warming kick.
Finish: Liquorice and spices.
Comment: A different Yoichi, no smoke but bags of character.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Intense. Tangy. Meaty. Ox tail broth. Celeriac. Amarena cherries. A nuttytouch after a while.
Palate: Dry, firm. Warm. You feel the alcohol bite on the tongue. Slightly grippy and bitter. Tightened. Needs water to cool down.
Finish: Warm. Spicy. Chilli.
Comment: A warm but rich character. Water tames it a little. Some like it hot !
