Tasting notes
Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Tangy. Grassy. Freshly cut grass. Aniseed. Fennel. The sharp tanginess rounds up on time as vanilla slowly creeps in. Gets creamier and creamier.
Palate: Silky and caressing feel. Smooth but crisp too. Aniseed drop. Juicy William pear.
Finish: Fizzy,lingering and lemony.
Comment: A lovely sunny dram, far more complex than expected. Pure and straight. A beautiful first fill bourbon style.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Lightly floral and powdery to start with green banana, lily of the valley, peach blossom, then balanced, creamy/creme brulee oak giving a needed backbone.
Palate: Very pure, extending that peach/floral character into light jasmine. Creamy with red fruits and a zesty citric lift .
Finish: The tropical fruits bunch together, then burst in the throat.
Comment: A gorgeous, luscious dram. 'Morangie to the max.
