Nose: Fragrant. Fresh tangerine juice. A heady floral note. Then the malty core unveils. A very pleasant tender nutty touch. The citrussy note rounds up into marmalade. Multil ayered.
Palate: Smooth but crisp also. Straightforward maltiness. Thecitrussy note on the nose does not appear on the palate.
Finish: Dry,spicy with a nutty aftertaste.
Comment: An enticing nose with complexity and freshness. Water enhances the palate. Worth conversing with.

Nose: Spirity. Jumps right up your nostrils. After a wee while, develops on sweeter notes. Lemon drops, barley sugar, vanilla syrup.
Palate: Tangy, fizzy in a refreshing way. Yeasty. Tastes like a dry pear cider. Tickles the tongue.
Finish: Dry, slightly burning. Touch of ginger. Bitter apple skin.
Comment: Unusual. Very tickly but water tames it and brings a fresh fruity flavours out.
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Midget gems and carpet underlay/felt. Behind is sweet cereal, sunflower seed. Caramelised.
Palate: Hot chocolate/horchata (tiger nut). Soft and gentle feel.Nutty and simple.
Finish: Crisp and just slightly slightly sour.
Comment: Nicely made.
Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Light and fragrant, daffodil, slightly sappy, perfumed lemon (slightly artificial). Water exposes a hard edge, grappa-like.
Palate: Very sweet and sugary to start. High alcohol. Floral notes. Apple purée. Spices.
Finish: Barley sugar.
Comment: This needs more time in cask. Well distilled though.
