Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: Clean, fragrant and herbal. Weighty with subtle citrus oils mixed with a saline note. Smoke drifts in the background.
Palate: Light. Seems shy with a fresh acidity. Tinned fruits then the salt and deep smoke. smouldering away.
Finish: Bone dry.
Comment: Not the biggest Brora but a good one.

Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Pungent. Slightly spirity and sharp. Straw, cowshed by the sea. Touch of bitumen and cresote.Opens on fruity notes. Peaches in syrup, pears and vanilla.
Palate: Sweet at start then bursting out on the tongue. Minty and creamy.
Finish: Spicy,fizzy. Fruity aftertaste.
Comment: Surprising. The nose is more appealing than the palate. A cardboardy flavour when water added.Disappointing.
