Taster   Martine Nouet
Nose: Rich yet subtle. Minty freshness. Pear drops and pineapple. Floral notes and a hint of honey.
Palate: Sweet and mellow. Mouth-coating. Biscuity and buttery (lemon cake). Fresh crushed almonds with a touch of aniseed. White chocolate. Ginger.
Finish: Long, warm, whispering out a luscious combination of mixed spices.
Comment: A cheering malt with a rich array of aromas and flavours. Enjoy with good company.

Taster   Michael Jackson
Nose: Lightly grassy, leafy, earthy.
Palate: Textured body. Honeyed. Rummy. Bitter chocolate. Ginger. Spicy. White pepper.
Finish: Salty. Rooty.
Comment: Disappointing. Where is the richness, and especially the island character?
