Nose: Apricot jam being boiled.
Palate: Very full creamy, fruity flavours. Bananas. Sweet limes. Very sweet, without being cloying.
Finish: Bittersweet marmalade. Very spicy.
Comment: Uncomplicated but delicious.

Palate: Gentle and youthful. Cooked fruit, fungal, orange. Good intensity and feel.
Finish: Dried fruits. Raspberry.
Comment: The rich oak and gentle distillery character in balance. The right time to bottle.
