Tasting notes
Taster   Arthur Motley
Nose: Blackberries and stables (hay and dung). Ashy. Compost and farmyards.
Palate: Ashy, silagey, and dark chocolate.
Finish: Berries and wet grass.
Comment: A little pongy at points, but with youthful charm. A tyke with a grubby face.

Taster   Dave Broom
Nose: A plain nose whose smokiness mingles with coumarin. In fact it's almost like salt drying on the clothes. In time, wet barns, fishing nets and burning orange crates.
Palate: Intense if a little narrow, it expands into a very odd flavour which brings to mind cow pats, then a burst of citrus.
Finish: Biscuity, then sweet.
Comment: This is just too odd.
