Nose

A blurred quality as if aromas are being obscured. Tinned pineapple, orange pulp/jelly. Aggressive oak. More perfumed with some strawberry when water is added.

Palate

Fruit syrup, mashed banana and oak. Under the wood the spirit is tight and slightly thin.

Finish

Short.

Comes in two distinct and unlinked parts which would knit if longer in cask.
