Nose

This reminded me of the elements of Christmas cake: marzipan, fresh almond, apricot jam, Camp coffee and brandy.

Palate

Unexpected taste camp moving into pork crackling, tanned leather, prosciutto and salami, with celery salt.

Finish

Rich, chewy and warming.

Comment

I found there was not enough connection between the nose and the taste. It loses its way with water - better neat.
