Nose: A bit spirity. But a nice toffeish note which casts in some sweetness. Dry hay,An earthy hint. Greengages. A\rcreamy touch,with a hint of peach.

Palate: Crisp,firm. Spices burst out and tease the palate,even burning the tongue.

Finish: Warm,dry,numbing

Comment: Alcohol is too assertive. Water eases the burning sensation and gives an oily feel.
