Nose

Slightly turfy nose with orange peel, saddles and dried heather but also a touch of solvent. Water makes it a little more scented-geraniums, wood polish. Pretty rich but also dry.

Palate

The oak is well-polished and maybe a little too upfront but there's a good mix of ripe, dark fruit and walnut behind.

Finish

Fruit, then dries.

The oak is a little heavy.
