Tasting Notes

Nose

Big, chewy and very sweet with baked/caramelised fruits and masses of banana, coconut and a hint of geranium. A fat, sweet popcorn quality. Robust.

Palate

Equally big and perfumed with good depth. An interesting slightly burnt quality that also hints at fresh varnish. Then comes toffee, light coffee and with water, fennel.

Finish

Rich and sweet.

Comment

A belter of a grain with typical Port Dundas funkiness.
