A sweet character on the nose. The alcohol bite is still vivid on the palate. Water tends to enhance bitterness.

Taster
Nose: Big, chewy and very sweet with baked/caramelised fruits and masses of banana, coconut and a hint of geranium. A fat, sweet popcorn quality. Robust.
Palate: Equally big and perfumed with good depth. An interesting slightly burnt quality that also hints at fresh varnish. Then comes toffee, light coffee and with water, fennel.
Finish: Rich and sweet.
Comment: A belter of a grain with typical Port Dundas funkiness.
Score: 8.6
