Nose: More rye character.

Palate: Bigger, drier, spicier. Still very well rounded.

Finish: Nutty dryness. Warming. Long.

Comment: Appetising, Very enjoyable.

Nose: Aromatic, assertive and spicy, it smacks you in the nose with its mix of Christmas spice (ginger, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg), bitter orange, but behind is mellow chewy toffee. Delicious!

Palate: A big mouthful. Gentle and chewy, mixing vanilla, chocolate pepper and spice. Great exchange between spice and mellowness.

Finish: Chocolate then dry and tingling.

Comment: Gentle but big and feisty. Neil Young.
