Taster

Nose: Scented, smooth with good depth beneath an initially blossom\rlike/buttery/chamomile nose.

Palate: Waxy florals. Has a delicacy -green pear -and a certain sweet charm with\rsome light candied peel character.

Finish: Sweet. Medium length. Smooth.

Comment: On the surface all smiles and amenability but like a David Lynch film\rthere's darkness lurking underneath.

Score: 7.7

Taster

Nose: Clean sweet barley, vanilla, fruit bonbon, sweet apple. Irishy.

Palate: The apple and vanilla theme remains, there's a marzipan thing too, and\ralthough all sweet and reasonably full, there's a little sharpness there too. A bit two dimensional but there's nothing wrong here.

Finish: Sweet and fruity with a dollop of spice.

Comment: A whisky sorbet -refreshing and palate cleansing. Another interesting and\runusual malt.
