Nose: Pear and lemon peel. Dough, damp cloths and white pepper. Tinned pears.

Palate: Pear and smoked meats, but it seems to exist at the top of the mouth, without any malty undercarriage.

Finish: Chalky.

Comment: A strange, floaty dram suited to summer drinking.

Nose: Sugary sweet and delicate. Some crystallised fruits, lemon with cut flower, quince, but also a sharp note.

Palate: Light, but hot with a touch of spice. Lilac.

Finish: Flour and flowers.

Comment: No great complexity and a little green.
