A strange, floaty dram suited to summer drinking.
Aged 14 Years, Cask Strength
Nose: Pear and lemon peel. Dough, damp cloths and white pepper. Tinned pears.
Palate: Pear and smoked meats, but it seems to exist at the top of the mouth, without any malty undercarriage.
Comment: A strange, floaty dram suited to summer drinking.
Nose: Sugary sweet and delicate. Some crystallised fruits, lemon with cut flower, quince, but also a sharp note.
Palate: Light, but hot with a touch of spice. Lilac.
Finish: Flour and flowers.
Comment: No great complexity and a little green.
