Two questions - why bottle this at 40 when even a drop of water kills it?\rAnd given this fragility what on earth is going to happen when it goes\rinto cask?

Palate: Sweetcorn and cereal. Disappears quickly.

Finish: Nope.

Taster

Nose: Fragrant. Very fruity. Raspberries. Hint of green banana. Freshly squeezed lemon.

Palate: Sweet. Again a nice fruity display with a touch of fresh mint. But the high dilution (40%) makes it watery.

Finish: Hardly perceptible.

Comment: Has all the qualities of a nice fruit eaude-vie on the nose; But the palate is\rweak. Could give a lovely fragrance to a cocktail though.
