Palate

Gloriously fat and rich; delicious barley, intermingling with juicy plums. Big and sturdy throughout.

Finish

A peppery spice begins to formulate, as does the drier oak. But it is the softness of the grain which impresses most.

This is a great Irish whiskey where the faultless sherry is played and controlled to near perfection.
