Nose: Open the lid of a spice box. Powdered nutmeg and cinnamon waft up, accompanied by candied fennel seeds and turmeric. Cocoa powder for good measure. Menthol and lemon zest lift things.
Palate: A silky-smooth mouthfeel carries a creamy hazelnut praline and milk chocolate bar dusted in icing sugar. Spicy white pepper and pencil shavings provide a pleasant tingle.
Finish: Candied fennel seeds, bringing a twist to the sweet chocolate character of the palate.

Taster
Nose: Masses of woody spices, big and bold up front, fresh wood shavings through to a delightful saw mill note. Gentle spices are lurking; saffron, nutmeg and mint oil. A little chocolate bar wrapper.
Palate: Very gentle at first, then the wood comes. Cherries dipped in dark chocolate. There is a distinct nutty edge to this too, walnuts and pecans.
Finish: A spice bomb of a finish, chilli heat prickle and white pepper.
Comment: Lots going on here, serious layers of flavour coming through.
