More slick and caramelised than previous. Fementing grass,hazelnut. Vegetal. Firm.

Palate

Thick,chewy and soft. Lots of toffee and a pleasant silkiness.

Finish

Then suddenly a metallic catch.

Comment

Decent spirit the oak has added a hard edge. Lacks interaction between oak and spirit.
