Taster

Nose: Rooty, with touches of putty and a slight cheesy note. Toasted wood, hot\rsesame oil. Lots of smoke - and another which shows agricultural\rtouches: compost and tomato leaf.

Palate: Sweet with seashell, big peatiness mixed with chocolate and mushroom.\rGood texture.

Finish: Dry smoke.

Comment: Not exactly refined, but a bit of rough does you no harm and certainly a big\rimprovement. There's just something about the wood that isn't quite right.
