Nose

Slightly earthy early on, then cereal notes and ripe red apples develop.

Palate

Bold peach notes, vanilla and a sprinkling of chilli.

Finish

Lengthy, with black pepper and a touch of liquorice.

Comment

A very solid and dependable whisky.
