Nose

Moist, sweet, plumy fruitcake, treacle and dusty spices. Walnut, almond, sweet pecan. Becomes sweet, almost liqueur-like.

Palate

Crisp and less sweet thanks to the ABV. Armagnac-esque dried fruit, citrus and dusty sherry spices along with a touch of heather, walnut and juicy \ndried dates. \n

Finish

Very long, juicy and vibrant with lingering dried fruit and sherry spices. Finally there’s a touch of grain to remind you that it is a blend. \n
