Quite a shy whisky but elegant and well knitted. Avoid water though.

Nose: Delicate. Floral and grassy. Rosebud. With a faint aerial smoky touch. Narcissus, lemon balm.
Palate: Sweet and syrupy. Pears in vanilla syrup. A grassy flavour as well.
Finish: Short but pleasant. Marzipan. Slightly dusty.
Comment: Quite a shy whisky but elegant and well knitted. Avoid water though.

Taster
Nose: Delicate and floral. Marshmallow, damp (freshly washed) linen, then kiwi fruit, sweet persimmon, subtle citrus and talcum powder.
Palate: Dare I say, whispering? Powdery with whipped cream, strawberry and white\rfruit. Doesn't particularly like water.
Finish: Fresh, lime.
Comment: A very subtle, and discreet Balblair but another addition to what has become\ra compelling range.
Score: 8.1
