Nose

Nutty/bran notes to start then chestnut and dried coriander which drifts into lemon zest, cake mix and linseed oil. water brings out a bready/raisined quality.

Palate

The nutty/oily interplay continues allowing the flavours to spread across the palate. Roasted notes with a hint of honey and the merest touch of smoke.

Finish

Dry and slightly short.
