Nose: Sophisticated and subtle. Créme caramel.

Palate: Far more assertive and flame-grilled than expected from the nose.

Finish: Water knocks out the mid-palate and the whisky loses its nuts and bolts. A fader.

Comment: Reminiscent of a slightly flabby Australian chardonnay.
