Nose: Prickly,floral. Gillyflower. A cardboard note. Tangerine. Biscuity. Bourbon vanilla cream biscuits. The alcohol bite keeps the nose frisky.
Palate: Sweet,surprisingly sweet and smooth for such a high strength. Lots of vanilla. Butterscotch,a touch of salty caramel.
Finish: Dry,firm,fading on almondy notes.
Comment: A well tamed dram for its strength. Does not release a large array of\raromas but keeps a good balance.

Taster
Nose: Big,fat and buttery with masses of Ben & Jerry fudge ice cream then a whiff of mint. Black pastilles,dark chocolate and reed. Moist earth,sandalwood.
Palate: Surprisingly nutty,almond toasty wood. Some pine sap (seems young).\rWater brings out the sweetness.
Finish: Eucalyptus once more.
Comment: Exotic herbal and vibrant.
