Nose

Medium-bodied nose with some cakey/malty notes. There's caramel toffee/butterscotch and caramelised fruits. Some oakiness. Water seems to pull it apart slightly.

Palate

Drier than you'd expect from the creamy nose, a hint of prune, a little walnut and chocolate but it's all rather flat with the wood in charge.

Finish

Short.
