Nose: Shows real maturity, but with a lifted, elegant rather than woody nose: light dried fruit, resin, sandalwood, hint of varnish and slightly rum-like notes moving into malted milk.
Palate: Silky palate mixing honey scented with rosemary, and layered fruits. Very well balanced.
Finish: Long, smooth.

Nose: The nose is greeted by a massive estery whoosh! Banana, very ripe pineapple and rum butter. Yum. Cocoa. Mango. More yum. Bounty bars. With time it moves towards a floral style.
Palate: Orangey, but not as much fruit as the nose, but lots of smoky-oaky cocoa character. Perfumed.
Finish: Mixed spice in sugar. Overall: good, and nearly great.
