Nose
Gentle, but obvious perfumed smoke, burning cedar/cypress mixing with a smooth, gentle crème brûlée quality along with a hint of wax suggestive of\rage. As it opens a whiff of crispy bacon sandwich, right down to the melting\rbutter, red pepper flakes.
Palate
Smoke again, but still in balance. Embers of a wood fire mixed with soft fruits, strawberry, mango and apricot.
Finish
Long, fruity.
Comment
A long, complex and harmonious run of flavour. Excellent.
