Nose: Straw/lawnmower box. Sappy and sugary and slightly metallic note.

Palate: Water improves things making it soft and sweet. Very direct.

Finish: Clean short, lightly citric.

Comment: Decent.

Nose: Close to a pear eau-de-vie. So fruity. William pears soaked in a vanilla syrup. Alcohol tickles. Some grassy notes. Freshly cut lawn. Garden mint.

Palate: Fresh and clean. Keeps a pear eau-devie profile.

Finish: Dry. Quickly vanishing.

Comment: Quite simple and light. But pleasantly refreshing. For a summer evening aperitif.
