Nose

Huge peat, phenolic hit, cooling coal embers. Barbecued pork with sweet chilli sauce, clove cigarettes, damp wool, compost. Water brings more floral notes and scented soap.

Palate

Smoked almonds, there is sweetness too, fresh orange juice and lemon\rzest. Then the peat takes hold. The sweetness is amplified with water.

Finish

Big, spicy and peaty at the end.
