Nose: Fresh cut barley fields, hay bales. A little malty edge as well, proving dough,\rhoney and lemon drizzle cake.

Palate: Quite restrained and gentle. Cooked oranges and lemon zest. Sweet like\rpineapple juice and ginger cake.

Finish: Short and cleansing.

Comment: A lovely dram for a sunny winter's day.

Nose: Malty and grassy. Drying hay. Honey and butterscotch. Lemon peel. Fresh\rand zesty. Getting creamier in time.

Palate: Crisp and dry but sweet. Minty fudge, orange curd. Then drying with touches\rof ground ginger.

Finish: Dry and spicy. Refreshing.

Comment: An interesting dram. The palate is lighter than expected but fresh and lively. Perfect companion for a fruit salad with a ginger icecream.
