Pleasant smokiness -we're on the bonfire side of things, burning\rcreosoted railway sleepers, spruce logs. Then comes sillage before an\rozone freshness takes charge.

Palate

A nutty start with the smoke in check. You search for sweetness but it's hard\rto detect. Oak grips a little.

Finish

Clean, dry and peppery.

Great nose but a little dry on the tongue.
