Nose

A fresh, granity, estery nose of apricot, pineapple, barley and honey. Herbs and fragrant oak with hints of heather and smoke.

Palate

Oilier and shows a touch more barley and honey. Fragrant and herbal with fleshy fruit and a thread of peat. The minerality comes through powerfully on the middle trailing a touch of vanilla. \n

Finish

Long, juicy and succulent and beautifully balanced. Lingering sweet oak, herbs and smoke.

A classic American oak aged Highland. Just the sort that you should have in your whisky cupboard.
