Tasting Notes

Dave Broom

Taster

Nose: Felt, lemon ad strangely reminiscent of rabbit food. Some maturity. Malty. Water brings out yeast and in time a oily / meaty note.

Palate: Slick and tongue coating. Malt extract. Tongue covering. Nut shells and red fruits.

Finish: Tight with tomato and a hint of blood.

Comment: Rare steak anyone?

Score: 7

Taster

Nose: Yeasty, citrus leaves,a definite malt note, almost wheat biscuits but there is afresh cut tomato note here as well.

Palate: Coats the palate well and that malt note lingers.

Finish: Faintly aluminium.

Comment: An oddity for me,but worth getting to know better.
