Nose

Fresh with light fruits, preserved lemon, green grapes. Water tames it a little but those high-toned fruity/floral aromas dominate.

Palate

Incredibly sweet to start and also slightly fizzy. It's a lemon sherbet dab! Water doesn't manage to kill this zippiness though there is a slight woody edge.

Finish

Toasty and a little tannic.
