Nose: Fragrant. Dried apricots. Some syrupy notes. Butter. Treacle toffee. Slight burnt grass, peat.
Palate: Starts dry. Toasted almond. Very nutty. Creamy sweetness in the middle. Clean toffee. Lemon.
Finish: Restrained spiciness. Ginger. White pepper.

Nose: Sweet and silky. Hint of honey, nut and bracken along with red fruits, raisin and plum puddling. Light smoke.
Palate: A sweet start. Very fruity/winey, redcurrant jelly.
Finish: Sweet. Wine gums.
Comment: Doesn't like water. Is it Grouse – or something new?
