Nose: Chaff-like with touches of vanilla,light floral notes and a sultana depth. Cold tea. Seems young.

Palate: Attractively sweet to start almost sugary. Some nuttiness and raisin bread. Slightly thin.

Finish: Light and nutty.

Comment: Could be bolder.

Nose: Vanilla comes in waves with shades of flowers. Barley sugar and cream.

Palate: That barley sugar comes to the fore. Hints of hazelnuts and fudge.

Finish: Entertaining and satisfactory.

Comment: Like Select Reserve on steroids.
