Nose

Quite funky, with light sulphur/rubber to start. Touch of mashing cereal and\rthen, in a positive way, enamel paint.

Palate

Quite dry on the sides, clinging in the centre. Changes mid-palate into apple but always with a slightly aggressive edge. Lightens with water allowing a toasted note to develop.

Finish

Bready.
