Nose
Immediate oak lactone (coconut) over praline and a hint of chocolate. As it opens there's redfruit and madeleine. A little fusty with water, the sweetness of draff and vanilla.
Palate
Hint of orange peel, then chocolate shifting to tinned peach and malt. Good feel. Water brings out the cereal note; wholemeal bread and creamy butter.
Finish
Dustymalt. Fades a little quickly.
Comment
Draff mixed with whipped cream? It's a Glaswegian cranachan.
