Nose

Gentle and creamy. Chocolate, vanilla and some red fruitiness (raspberry yoghurt?).

Palate

Very soft with great silky texture and a good cinnamon spiciness giving the mid palate a lift.

Finish

Rounded, fruity and soft.

Comment

Subtle and soft are the key words here. Like the best of these whiskies, this might not be as challenging as a peated Islay or sherried Speyside but it is bloody drinkable!
